[Help!] VS Ultralite Setup

I'm very new to this and decided to dive in cold turkey courtesy of my best friend. The problem that I'm having is that I've followed just about every tut as far as setup and installation but still says "No Channels".
I loaded my file via USB as it says and do the settings thing then when I do the search I always get nothing for TV and Radio. I've also tried different settings. My settings are:

Sat- Echostar 7 119.0W
LNB Power- On
LNB Type- OCS-DP
LNB Freq- 11250
22khz- Off
TP freq- 12239
DiSEqC 1.0- Port 2
Motor- off
Legacy SW- None

Am I missing something? I've been at this for over a week now and still nothing. Please Help!

Also if you do not have a disq switch put this in none mode instead of port 2
are you using a dish 500 dish if you are not put your LNB settings
OCS-DP to stadard or universal and try again.
