what is the easiest way to recognize and install the right drivers for windows xp ?

hi alli format and install windows os to alot of pcs everyday , and the real problem that i am facing is simply finding and install the right drivers.can somebody mention some tips that help in the subjectmaybe a free software the search and update the drivers for u ?thanks

go to control panel, add hardware, search for this spacific hardware, then have windows fine the driver.This is the time I really like HP online help
