I just loaded the 7/8/2010 file on the ultra lite, am getting scrambled channels, is it down, or do I have more work to do..?

quick question to anyone that can help me out.... how do you know if your WF is working? I received the WF Saturday, and everyone on the forums are saying its down except for a few. Im new with this dongle... just wanting to make sure i have everything hooked up and running right...
i have every file since the 320. i load pgms then update wf. any help at all would be much appreciated!!
