B-7-5 keeps scrolling (2700A)

Hello. I am using Pansat 2700A and loaded the 288 update last week. It worked for a few days and nothing is working. The only thing I see is the B-7-5 scrolling over and over again.

I know it should scroll like twice and then say "on" and then the last channel.

There is a new update 289 for the 2700A and I have not downloaded it since I think it will not download properly due to the problem.

Should I install the new 289 bin file....or something else?

go ahead and download the 289 and use the loader that on the same bin......file....
