Conaxsat nano 2 Problem

hello all this is my first time posting on this forum so bare with me please.
My issue is that when i go into accessory i dont have the RS232 option just Smart card and Keyworks. My version S/W is MV08.10(jun19) LDR 1.08 HW version 1.00, so how can i revert mv08.10 back to mv08.06 and install 1.28 ?????? please help me out...i was gonna make it my new paper weight ....thanks for viewing the posting please any feedback would be awesome

the rs232 is a null cable that hook up from the back of the nano 2 reciver to your computer or laptop

I would think you could get a null cable at Radio Shack?? or any type on computer store??

thanks for the welcome back Buttman....i am seriously having a issue with the nano 2 this is how it looks
S/W:MV01.29 (JUN 16) LDR 1.08 HW VER:1.00 USB driver 1.00 nano 2...when i go into the accessory i only have the option of

also CNX nano2 server are taking there good old sweet time on connecting new people to the server,, I will be back with some info for you,,

hey buttman i tried that 4.22NPB file and it will not let me install it why is that??? alll i want to do is get the home stream setup, but the dongle wont respond i still havent got that null cable i hope that isnt my problem though

Arggh its been 2 yrs and still haven't been able to correct this problem. every time I try to do the IKS reg i get the Error message. I've also been trying to scan echo 110w with no luck all the channels have the $ symbol what gives??? please respond back thanks alot Joe

Perhaps it might be because CNX Nano 2's have been down for over a year now. LOL
You might want to look into converting it to an ILink IR 220 Receiver and using a private server service.
