Coolsat 6000 remote HELP, Please

I have a coolsat 6000 and when I use the remote it is skipping most chanels can anyone tell me how to fix this issue?

you should be blessed that coolsat 6000 is still working. I gave mine's to Casper for use as a door stopper. why don't u try a hard boot? which is to shut off all power, and turn it back on again..including taking the batteries out of the remote.

make sure your receiver is not the problem change channel manually if that don't work then is your Remote Control..

how to fix dead remote
1. take the batteries out press each key 1 time only but make sure you press all keys on remote, after then you Insert the batteries in again power on the receiver then with remote power off then on again then try entering a channel example ch 200 and go on from there to see if that fix the problem Make sure you put in new batteries also.

If that did not work then is time for a new Remote
