[Easy]

I have been away from home for a while and when I came back it seemed as if I need a new update for my receiver.I have loaded the new file PFTAUSW-090814U as well as the last 2 updates and it is not working. There is a good signal,all the channels show on the guide and when I click on the channel all that shows is a blue screen.Can someone with a little more knowledge than me give a little help please.
