Hi I am from New Jersey . New to this I need help with captive work ultima load all fix the chanels are there but they are black all but the home chanels Thanksss

Did you enable the patch hit F1 on your remote and enter 3 zeros 000 when you see patch enable on screen then it should be working....

thanks for your help it works but some chanels say (signal is weak) could that be the conection or sat pointing rong direction thank again this is new to me.
