if your a media fanatic like me then the top one is better... why you ask its the same exact thing as the one of the bottom but it has a tv tuner, FM tuner, pvr, and remote and the remote alone should convince you to get that one especaly if its hooked up to your tv
 
Sounds good to me, I'd possibly buy it if I was in the market for a Desktop. I've been a HP fan for the past ten year so that would work out well for me. It'd be great too if you haven't made the move to Blu-ray yet.
