Laptop Issue - no operating system found/No Drivers Found?

Okay so whenever I turn my laptop on a black screen comes up with a bunch of random things but then it says "No Operating System Found". I tried re-installing windows with the OS Disc but whenever it comes to the installation screen it says "No Drivers Found" meaning instead of the Local Disk & Recovery being there, nothing is present. My guess is I need to buy a new hard drive and then re-install windows. If this is the case how much do you think Best Buy would charge to install a new hard drive in my laptop?Thanks

Yes, get a new hard drive. Something like that happened to a friend of mine when he accidentally broke his hard drive.

Gabriel is correct, hard disk has gone, may get away with re-seating it, usually under a pannel on the side or bottom.A 250 GB hard drive is well under $100, dunno how much someone would charge to fit it.
