[Help!] Missing Channels

I have a viewsat altra. I had the payperview channells and most of the movie channels. After I installed the last update, I have no guide, payperview channels and missing half the movie channels. Tried blind scan to no avail. Please help.
Canadian in -40 weather and really needs tv.

Please post your hardware and sat settings to get more help. PPVs are E10,11 and guide is on E7 so I don't think it's a switch setting problem, but all info is needed to begin troubleshooting. Do you get ch 200?
