Your a little vague on your problem. Below are a few things to try before getting into too much detail. If it was working before and it just stoped for no reason i would re-scan the transponders and update the channel list.
If thats not the problem try running the dish on another switch. I do not like running DN on 1 and 2. I'll run 1 and 4 but thats just the way i do it.
If you are running more than one reciever off the same LNB and it's not a dual you are making the LNB lock onto either Horizontal or Vertical. Every channel is different and if the channel can not lock it will not have a picture.
Try those and good luck!
