I have been downloading all my bin files on an old desktop with windows XP using a serial null cable (never had a problem)
I just got a USB to Serial converter which I added my null cable to it.
When I use it on my desktop with win xp it works fine.
I just got a laptop with windows vista and loaded the vista drivers (CD that came with the USB serial cable) (Prolific)
When I try to download the new bin file it just gets stuck at 0% and never downloads. I tryed COM 1, 2, 3, but i just get error on those
I went to Device Manager and tryed to update driver it said that it was already updated.
I am using 27.02 Pansat 2700a B75 loader.
Not sure what to try next, can anyone help?
