no channels for converted 2500a

Hi
I coverted my 2500a to 2700a and put on puff with the 103 and new bin 211 but now all I get is the free channels. All the others channels have a $ sign in front of them. Whatever channel I put it on it just keeps turning black and then the channels number comes back so in a sense it is kinda rebooting itself to the channel. I can't get channel 200 because when i try it goes back to 195. My dish is set to echo 110. This is driving me crazy. Any help to understand this would be grateful.

did you do a factory reset and rescan your 110 again and after download did you do a hard reboot...?????????????????????????????

All I did was a set default keys. If I do a factory reset do I have to reload the bin file?

Probably not but if you do so what you aren't watching anything right now...

Check out the file section there is a new fix for converted pansat go check there......it was posted today....
