no downloading o%

o.k. i got my panst 2700, when i turn on flushing b75 and then on, i open my loader x87bl 27.02 ,then i put the latest bin file 208, and when downloading stock 0% i dont see anything.
but i went whit a friend that he did the same thing and work.
there some software o something the a need to install?? or what am i missing

check your connection or you cable (null modem ) or you com port setting

i do i check the cable and it doest work, i have two pansat 2500a and 2700 and the onlyone i can fix was the 2500(before) i use the loader blacklist and work i download the latest fix 294 but i can't do it whit the 2700
