ppv with Pansat250 but no with SV8000

Hi,
I tested the latest bin 428 for SV800.I did a Charlie sat rescan but no PPV or VOD.
Using the same dish I've scanned the same sat with a Pansat 250SM.Almost double of channels including PPV and VOD.
What could be wrong?

hi i have the same problem one of the recievers on the bedroom but if i do the scan down on the livingroom i can wet meny more i belive becouse coaxial wire is to long .. good look

Me i used the same dish and the same cable so I don't think is just a cable problem.

your settings or your tp horizontally or vertical might be off.....check them out....

Thank you Casper.It seems you are right.When I scan a sat I see a "fail" for all horizontal TP scan.Unfortnatelly I don't know how to unlock the TP.Is no much choice in the SV8000 menu.If I do a factoy reset it will help?
