[Question?] Scrambled Channels

We have a small dish and use dish network settings with pansat 2700a, when downloads are working most things are fine except we have lost all but two adult channels, is this normal now? or is there known settings for the box that might change this?

first do hard reboot ( turn receiver off from back wait 2 minutes then turn back on)

if that don't work try doing a factory reset on channel only then re-scan your sat's make sure you write them down before you do the factory reset..........

Thanks, but I'm not sure how to do a factory reset on channel only, please help!

go to menu go to installation and look for factory default ...but before you do that make sure you write your setting down .............and then you can do the following

loading a Pansat 2700A
Connect the RS232C null modem cable to the receiver and your computer with back switch off... 2700A= null 2500A=straight.
Turn pansat on now
open and run the Downloader (GTRom v27.02) b75[pansat2700A].
Click the App File only button, browse and select the “latest update” file, example X87BL_070904_B75_209_api
X-87BL is for 2700A
Click the Download button, it will start counting up to 100,wait until the “Download Completed!!” after 100% is displayed. Watch the receiver, it should reboot itself.
DO NOT INTERRUPT!
you are done now, set time, antenna set up for you sats and scan or load a list

all other programs work on echo except adult channels, I was getting 5 adult channels, now I'm getting only 2, any thing else I can try?

did you write down your sat setting , and whent to factory default and then re-scan if you did the following and are aiming at the right sat's you should be up with out a problem...

how many lnb's do you have and how many sat's are you aiming at..???????????????????

we went to installation, there is factory settings but no factory default, explain in detail what I'm suppose to do? Thanks

Well go in there and do factory reset..
