Strange VS MAX problem

I have 2 VS MAX One works fine the other no. Swap the locations along with w/f and the non working Max works fine the other nothing.I have checked wiring, addresses, I even hooked up a laptop to the cat 5 cable to verify that the internet could be accessed from that cable, internet access is good. here's what I know cat 5 from router good, MAX good, w/f good cable to Max from w/f good. software reinstalled.

If I have missed something, would someone point it out to me; Id very grateful.

could you have a broken cable running to your 2nd box from splitter or dish if you have a splitter try a different hook up on splitter any s or q on second box when on?

S & Q fine DN 101 works fine. Thanks for the advice. WHOOPS! I bought a 50ft CAT 5e from home depot ran it from the dongle direct to the routes. IT WORKS. Now if only I can get a low voltage electrician to run and fish a new cable. Thanks again Hopefully this account will help someone else.

you were right, the wall connector had a bad/loose connection. All's well now.
