i got a viewsat pro,tried loading the new file for it,but i can't get any picture.

well, it was up, for less than a day. back down since tuesday at 4 pm.

OK, picture as in menu or channels? Even if the current bin is down then you can still get a picture of the menu bar, autorolling, or the signal strength.
