Viewsat ultra 2000

Hello everyone. My name is John. I was wondering if it would be worth while to purchase a larger dish(36") to get linear signals. I'm sure with all those satelites in the sky there has to be something to experiment with. I don't think viewsat is going to be back any time soon and it would be nice to get set up before winter. Anybody got any ideas on this? I'm kinda new to this but, I like to experiment. John
