[Help!] big problem with my captiveworks700S

Hi,

I desperately want your help here!

I have a brand new captive works 700S and it was working properly and suddenly, by suddenly I mean last thursday i came home and i opened my TV and I saw that everything went blank (scrambled channel is written on the screen) I tought there were new keys, so I checked over the internet, there were nothing like it, the same program is still running so I waited and waited and waited and suddenly, the keys have been updated automatically, I hope finally it will work and boom, it reboots the receiver, so from that time, It's impossible for me to watch tv because it keeps rebooting ( I must tell you that everytime, the keys have been updated it reboots the receiver) so please help me because I need to know what to do, I love so much my Channels and my episodes!) I have to tell you that I tought it was electrical but it is not, it's something with the receiver unable to take the update keys(the usb is working very well)

Go to menu & do a factory default on ALL. Load new file (1.83) on your USB stick & install in receiver. Wait till it says "successful". Go to installation & antenna settings & configure your satellites again, channel order (SID), etc., local channels, etc., make sure patch is enabled (F1, 0-0-0...repeat if necessary...), exit out & wait. I've done 3 or 4 this way & ALL are up & running on DN.

On the cw700 all you have to do is Reboot from the rear hit menu then exit leave on channel 200 and your keys will come in about 10 to 15 minutes ...there is no need to do factory reset and rescan.....
