Doing this instruction you'll be able to use new release bin 02/27/09
For those Viewsat Platinum got stuck on --:-- and do not respond to anything after installed new release 02/27/09
1- Turn box off from switch behind box
2- Install cleaner Bin and as soon as you see end on display do not exit program let the box boot and show last channel it was on display
3- Turn off box from the front button and then switch it off from behind
4- Now install last release 02/27/09 as soon as you see end on display turn it off from behind switch
5- Connect it to your tv turn it on from behind switch and when you see on display 00:01 you are ready to turn it on from
front button then select channel 200 and let it do the autoroll
This will work as well for those boxes that hasn't been stucked
