Key question.

Not that I expect a direct answer. But, Where do the keys come from when the box goes down?
I understand get get it from the Blogstop.. But do someone Make the keys or wha?
I was jsut wondering.

Right from the data stream coming from the satellite. Same way the autoroll gets the keys.

I just double checked the Keys.. they not working.
They have always worked before.

Which is whyI was waiting for the new Keys..

Hi,
I have a viewsat extreme too and the keys are not working for me either. Why do we have to put these keys manually now because before we had just to change the file and everything was fine. Now, everyday new keys!!!!

The autoroll fix is out since Aug 17 for viewsat extreme. You don't need to enter keys.
Make sure your autoroll is turn on.
Menu-->user settings-->password 0000-->Option-->arrow down to Auto Roll-->arrow left or right till it says All

Man, what sucks is my desktop crashed. and this POS Dell laptop don't have the correct port for me to load the file.. %$#%^#$^.. Ghezz. But I will have to do something. I see we have a new File.. Let me try that...

ANd it worked. I really need to get his new Autoroll bin.

Well it when down July 31 and Aug 16 2007. Prior to that it was months. So it all depends can't really predict it.

Yea, When I first got my Viewsat it was up for like 4mths.. then all this crazyness.. can't say i enjoy putting int keys. I need to get this new Bin going.

Should I wait a bit while longer before I try to get the HD viewsat.. For bug fix reasons and better models?

Yea for 30 bucks .
I loaded the new Bin today with another laptop sitting around.
So, I loaded the new Bin, I entered the new keys and turn the Autoroll back on.Viewsat back up..
So I should be in the clear until the Bin's go old again? Where I won't be entering keys everday?

Yes, you should be fine until everything goes down and new bin files are released.
