need help for bell

hi, i angled my satellite to 82 and hoped to recieve bell channels
although the signal is at 73-75% strength capacity there is no functioning
channels that work on it, while i was completing a antenna scan it stops at 53% and does not continue. can someone help me out with this situation?

What receiver are you using? How is it configured? What LNBF are you using?

i am using a pansat 3500sd, not quit sure how its configured though

I am not a 3500 expert, so I am not sure how much I can help you here. Some basic information is really needed to help you out. Just pointing the dish to Nimiq2 and plugging in the receiver is not going to bring up much. In menu-installation, you need to select the Nimiq2 satellite and configure your LNB type, and switch configuration is one is used. After entering the correct information for your setup, you need to do a blind scan. You should then be able to get a couple of FTA channels after that. If you are able to see the FTA channels, then load the latest bin for tester operation.
