pansat 2700a and 2500 help

ok I need help on downloading the right files, see I told you all I was not to smart, I just seen that the new file was up , I could not belive all the flashing lights, it look kool...... ok so when I down load this file for the\
2700a I need to save it them extract it, then download it to the box, now dose the auto roll have to on or off..??? see i did this with the last file that my son sent me and I could not get any ppv and i had two stations of every chanlle what did I do wronge..

For Autoroll, it depends on the BIN. I leave it on unless I get a lot of freezing, then turning it off can help sometimes. As for duplicate channels and missing PPVs, I would suggest you reset back to factory default, load the current BIN, then do blinds cans on the satellites your dish is setup to receive.

Sorry it took me so long to get back with you on this ,,,, I did a factory reset and then download the bin 260, did a blind scan , and now I have duplicate channels like I have 4 channels of one station.. I keep asking my son for his help to fix this box, and he don't have time, I really don't know what to do from this point on can you or anyone else help me out here!!! Also I have a 2500, is there a new bin for that one, and do I need to do anything specail for that one also.. Thanks so much for your help..

I did a factory reset and then download the bin 260, did a blind scan , and now I have duplicate channels like I have 4 channels of one station.. if you have working chanels just delete "all chanels" then rescan. if you have poorly sited dish or a bad lnb you might be scanning same sat more than once, if you get channel 100 your on 8.10 if you get channel 200 your on 7 you might be scanning same sat on both i did that for months before i relized i had bad LNB. ya i had bad dsq switch alaso

Just go to channel edit 0000 code to get in and take out the ones you dont want
