hey do we have a new bin for the pansat 2700a because the last one that I had is like a month old and Im having to enter the keys Manually???????????????

Hi, i have a pansat 2700 which i just recieved. I have another pansat 2700 which works great i download the latest bin 211. Now the new pansat i just recieved im not getting a picture. when it downloads the picture on the tv screen it goes to 500% and starts again from 0%. I took the working pansat out and put it replace with the new one and it still does the same. i thought it might be where it located but it was not. I have tried every thing can some body please help me.
