Viewsat Ulra Lite Help

I have a viewsat ultra lite and I went on vacation and my brother-in-law pressed some buttons when I was gone and no longer get all my channels(no PPV) and am missing a lot of other ones. Changed sat to echostar package and still no better. Can someone help me on how to get my channels back and what to scan.

Look at the second post or the 3rd....do hard reboot and rescan your sat's
