Hi my Antenna Setup for Echostar 7 is as follows:

Satellite: Echostar 7 119.0W
LNB Power: On
LNB Type: Standard
LNB Freq.: 11250
22KHz: Off
TP Freq.: 12224
DISEqC1.0: Port 3
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Signal is 64 but Quality is zero. It's been like this since my friend setup my Satellite Dish and Receiver and I've been getting channels until yesterday. This morning there's always been "Searching signal..." on all my channels in Echostar 7. Can someone please help me to get those channels back? I didn't change anything in antenna setup except when I tried to put the TP Freq. to 12239 and nothing happened as well so I changed it back to the original settings. My dish is still the same since the first day I got it. I would appreciate if anyone could help.

(1) what reciever are you using? (2) why is it on port 3 ? (3) have you check for the latest upgrade for your reciever? (4) most of the time it's bad connection...check the cable wire...

I'm using a Vewsat Platinum Lite. My friend was the one who set it up. I don't know why is it in Port 3. When I try putting it to different port like 1 or 4. There's no Signal and no Quality. My Echostar 10/11 is in Port 2. This one is working well. I could see all the channels in Echostar 10/11. I could also see that there is Signal and Quality for this.

I have had numerous issues with bad Disqec switches which caused a similiar type issue. In the end I used legacy switches (SW21) for example an never had any issues.

Yes i have a two dual lnbs. One for 110 and one for 119. This morning before I went to work I checked echostar 7 and most of the channels are back. I checked again when I came home and they're all gone again. What should I do?

maybe you have some kind of obstruction of the signal could be tree growth or construction on the signal way ....It can also be that the lnb is going bad.....B]

Should I adjust the dish then? Or buy a new LNB? There are just twigs 10 feet away where my dish is pointing.. I'm pretty sure those were already there when I first got my dish. The LNB on the other hand worked this morning. There is signal in Echostar 7 when I checked this morning.

what you can do is change the line in to switch to make sure it's not the lnb..
