[Help!] CNX nano2 not powering up

I tried doing my IP set up and the receiver went dead. I tried powering off and on and all I get is the red and green light on the front panel and nothing else happens. It did this in the past once but came back on after a few tries with the power switch, now I can't get it to go. CAn someone offer some help on this please, thanks.

No luck here, the receiver refuses to power up. All I get is the red and green light in front and no access to menu functions.. NO display comes on.

Return the unit as defective.
