missing channels

is anyone else have missing channels on their Viewsat Ultra Lite it is going into autoroll on my 300's and 500's

No all is fine here all channels working great.. I think maybe your switch is not working correctly it looks like your stuck on 119 & is not switching over for 110 check switch or turn to channel that is not working then turn box off & on from back of box that sometimes jump starts the switch give it a try .....
