I am having that same problem with my pansat 3500. I loaded it with a bin maybe a month ago and it just died on me. Just got it, brand new. I was tempted to send back but company says if third party bin are loaded i have violated my warranty didn't know that. How can i fix this problem. I will no come on at all. Use the same bin for another pansat 3500, the other one is working fine. They were put in at the same time. One worked great and the other one just blanked out. And it would not come back on. Any suggestions.

It sounds like your second 3500 might be a clone. From what you describe happening, that's what would happen if you put a file for an authentic model on a clone. The files for the authentic models are not "clone safe". If you load a non "clone safe" bin onto a clone receiver, it will appear to be dead. You need a "clone safe" bin if you have a clone receiver. Go here to tell if you have a clone. Even if you are insistant that you don't. Look anyway to make sure.
