vern,, go into,, go Advanced,, then where the thing that looks like a paper clip..
attatch file

1) click,,ADD File..
2) click,, select file,,,,, that will take you to your files find your file you want to load
3) click,, upload wait untell it done then just close it,, and there you have it

I hope this helps you guys out it's real good to see vern back
