[Help!] VS9000HD Recording on USB drive Problem

Hi All,

I'm using the latest release and having problem with recording on my USB drive. In the previous releases I could easily record and playback. But recently recording does not work at all. When I press the record key, nothing happens. However, I can still playback the previous recordings.

Any idea what's wrong?

make sure the box is set to rear usb and it would help if we knew what kind of Hard Drive you were using. also be sure to format the drive to either fat32 or ext2. good luck

The USB is active from the front and the Hard drive is a Western Digital 250GB and FAT32. I'm sure the hard disk is OK, as I can play back the previous recording off this hard disk through the DVR menu. I will try to upgrade the fix again and see what happens.

Does recording work on your VS9000HD?

Problems Solved!

It's so stupid...My hard drive was full...So it could not record...

Maybe in the next release it's not a bad idea to show an error message
