[Problem!] Auto IP set-up not populating on Nano2

Lost picture with NPN_1.28 and NPN_8.06_Factory

Did factory resent from Nano2 menu, then Loaded NPN_8.10_Factory then NPN_1.29.

system files show: SW: MV01.29 (Jun16) LDR 1.08
HW ver: 1.00
USB 2.0 driver: 1.00
Nano2 (2)

Problem is Nano2 will not auto populate IP set-up and no lights flashing on dongle. Manual load of IP settings does not help to configure IKS setting. Resetting router had no effect, used laptop to confirm internet cable is good. Any ideas?

you might have to reaster a few times maybe 3 or 4 times or
just let it sit sometimes it takes time time time walk way check on it later I don't know why but it taking time lieve it be

if you have a sub use that, leave you box alone and on walk away

No luck...tried reloading NPN_8.09_Factory, then NPN_8.10_Factory then NPN_1.29....set IP to auto & apply-waited, master power on/off many times...waited....still not picking up IP settings and no lights on adaptor...I'm baffled

Did you reboot your modem ??? because it sound like your light on your IX-00 not linking to the network

Rebooting did not help....however I did find my problem...it was an intemittent bad CAT 5 cable to Nano2.

Was really difficult to find as I tested internet signal from router and all the way to entering Nano2 previously with laptop without issue.....appears that there was just enough damage to either the cable or connector that when I transfered to laptop connection was made (did this at least 3 times before I found it)

IP came in immediately with new CAT 5 cable.
