This finally worked for me after trying everything else on my Puff 2500...
1) Go to your Dish settings and write down your personal settings(LNB type, 22KHz, etc)
2) Do a System Reset(Restore)
3) Program your receiver with new puff_201g.bin
IF YOU HAD TO DISCONNECT YOUR RECEIVER DO STEPS 4 & 5.
4) When receiver reboots shut off switch when you see the P. DO NOT LET IT SAY "ON"
5) Reinstall receiver then plug it in, turn receiver ON.

6) Blind scanned BOTH my sats with settings saved in 1).
7) Make sure to 8282, autoroll all OFF except Key Code ON
8) Set your GMT in clock setting
9) Enjoy TV!!
P.S. If your channels are out of order, hit the "SAT" button and select Echostar Package and press ok.
