[Confused!] sonicview 360 elite scrambled problem

I keep getting the latest keys and entering them but it still says no service or scrambled....
i dont know if im entering them correctly but i think i am....Do I have to fill in all the keys for dish 01 01 00 and 01 06 00 and also bev 09 01 00 and 09 05 00
theres also a 06 and 07 for bev.....im confused???i have dish 500...theres also a dish 00 01 00??please anyone out there that can help???asap??ive had it down for 1 month and its killing me.....thanx in advance

if you have the latest fix,,,.......you do not need to re-enter the keys

Hi I downloaded the file and installed it...i still get no service or scrambled....any more ideas???Do i take off autoroll or leave it??And do u think the boot loader is the problem??i havendt installed an update...???

Also one more question....does it matter if i use the sonicview 4x1 diseqc switch....Im running the cables direcly from the satellite...its because one cable is for echostar 7 and the other one echostar 8....And u cant run both of them through the switch can u????thanks in advance

New ECM, DN is down on some units, Bev still up at this time..
