hi i'm new here with a pansat 2500 converted to 2700, having trouble with channels since i played around and made changes with out writing down what i had to begin with.. im running on echo 7 and echo 8,10 ku's not to sure where these should be set up on during the antennea set up process about all i know is to place a check mark on the echo sats 7and 8,10 but everything else is just a guess, any help would be much appreciated ty---weldedsteel

This is for DISH PRO. No switch required. This is if all 3 of these Sat's are connected together and there is only one cable coming in the house. If 61.5 is connected separately, then leave the DiseqC # 0.

ty casper, i only have two eyes coming in at the dish ...then they both conrct into one line leading in to houde (box)....it was put together a few months ago on echo 7, and 8 sats... so im going to do just those and hope it all comes together ... thanks again for your help...got my fingers crossed here lol thanks again

i have finished doing echo-7 and 8... getting more channels now but looks like i have same channels in echo 7 as i do in echo 8...not sure what thats about, and when i try and put my channels together by clicking sat button ... i click on dish net and it gives me everything listed 4 x's not sure what thats about either but i guess at least im in no worse of a mess lol thanks again

You have to scan each sat first do the 119 then 110 ......

OK, I have reset everything then gone into echo 7 ...set it all back up as you listed saved it, gone back to blind scan....after getting channels i went into echo8 and set it as shown saved it that way as well...went back and blind scanned ...still showing same channels as echo7, Ialso started from scratch and tried rebooting(turning off back switch) to see if that was my problem after getting channels from echo7....we had bad winds the other day...wondering if thats causing this problem if it may had moved the dish....also noticed that while doing echo8 , that the transponders were the same as 7's not sure if thats normal......hopefully this will help you while ur helping me ..ty again

 

[Beware Beware]

When you hit menu button .go to antenna setup..to the right of the gold bar that says Satellite there is a sat there if your switch is working correctly in the light blue bar above it should say the sat name there & give signal & Quality at bottom ..if your not getting echostar 8.10 110w in light blue bar it will not scan in .. check your settings to see if DiSEqC 1.0 is set to right port for each satellite . Good luck ..Now after I posted this I see you are not using a Veiwsat ultra & that is what those instructions were for but please check your DiSEqC 1.0 to see if it is set to right setting sorry for confusion ...Cheers...
