Yeah it looks like I'm on 119 afterall... I have some channels going on Dish, the networks and stuff, no premiums or ppv. Haven't checked Bev again yet since I reinstalled software. I did a factory restore, latest BIN and then a new OpKey I made today. Plugged it in and as soon as I flicked the switch to ON I had a picture on the screen. So I think my problems were the OpKey I had made yesterday.

Not sure, I'm on Extreme. I thought the opkeys was what made your autoroll work?

Im on B3V, everything still working and still slow. Had to turn A/R today, it took 20 sec and started working again.

I've double and triple checked and I'm not using a clone reciever just to make sure that's out of the way.

Oh and is Bev WIDE open or just some channels?

No need to re-scan b3v or load an opkey file.. Let it autoroll say on CNN headline news and takes a while but works. Load up the 05 bin (newest) and it does work.

You just need to reload the new bin and the key, what are factory bins for?
I do an Auto scan, Nimiq 91 works without scan but Nimiq 82 ussuallys gone and youll be missing some channels.

I just used the factory bin before to make sure all the fixes were gone and it was like new out of the box...
That didn't work.

So I loaded the latest bin and key on 91 and put it on CNN 2500 for over half an hour and nothing. It must be an antenna setting. Or I'm jsut cursed...
The dish is a pro install, what LNB type are you guys using?

here's my settings

Nimiq 91
LNB power ON
LNB Type Standard
LNB Freq 11250
22KHz Off
TP Freq 12224
DisEqC Port 1 (double checked this outside and it is port 1)
Motor Off

Im using an original 20' Bell ExpressVu dish with 2 Dual LNBs pointed onto 91 and 82 sats. Using SW21 to mix the signal from 2 satellites.

Here are my settings:
For Nimiq 91 -
Satellite - Nimiq 1,3 91.0W
LNB power - ON
LNB type - Standart
LNB Freq. - 11250
22 Khz - OFF
TP Freq - 12224
DiseqC 1.0 - Port 3 - I have no idea what the hell is this, never toched it, makes no difference anyway
Motor - OFF
Legacy SW - SW21 Dish1

Same settings for Nimiq 82 but Legacy SW has to be SW21 Dish 2!

I guess its all back to normal, B3V is working for couple of days...Stoped again today, had to turn autoroll. Is there any news on new software cause its really frustrating when you change the channels...

When you say you had to turn autoroll, what do you mean? Turn it on or turn it off? It's really frustrating that everyone managed to get at least some success on this BIN but me.

Is Bev dead now or is it worth me trying again?

B3v is running, freezeing one in a while but watchable.

OK, I'm gonna bypass my Diseqc switch and see if I can get it...

I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Turns out my problem was a bad SAT file. All that time for a bad Sat file. I put it in, loaded the bin and it didn't even need time to roll on Dish, just loaded right up. Too bad I only have 110 right now. Gotta order a new LNB to get 119 too.
